  • Yoga

Practice and knowledge of the fundamentals of Yoga – 4 days

There are many approaches to practicing and teaching yoga. Two aspects of practice can shed light on and complement each other:

“OUTDOOR” YOGA based on precise postural work – Hatha yoga – thanks to my anatomical and biomechanical knowledge gained from my therapeutic experience as a massage therapist, physical therapist, and osteopath.

An energetic “inner” yoga, through breath work—pranayama—and forms of awareness and concentration on the subtle sensations of the body.

Compared to the mind, which is highly volatile, the cyclical functioning of bodily systems such as breathing provides stability on which the seven branches of yoga practice rely to stabilize the mind and develop awareness.

    YAMA: renounced attitudes
    NIYAMA: adopted attitudes
    ASANA: physical postures and sequences
    PRANAYAMA: conscious breathing
    PRATYAHARA: internalization
    DHARANA: concentration,
    DHYANA: meditation
Aiming to achieve SAMADHI: bliss, enlightenment

The postural practices offered are tailored to each individual’s abilities, strictly respecting anatomy and biomechanics, combined with breathing and relaxation, and are therefore accessible to everyone, whether beginners or experienced practitioners.

    Individually or in small groups

  • Sensitive martial art

Sensitive Martial Arts offers a dynamic and martial exploration of movement without the notion of combat, combining the principles of Aikido and Systema.

Vigilance, physical and mental relaxation, freedom of breathing, maintaining and straightening the spinal axis, and connecting with different spaces must be preserved in the dynamics of everyday life.

Techniques for positioning and moving while standing, kneeling, or on the ground, alone or with a partner, approaching the ground, falling, pivoting dodges, spinning around, flexible energy orientation through constant relaxation, balance, and coordination of the two belts of the pelvis and shoulders, allow for a playful and progressive learning of well-being in movement.
