Release from detention
The session focuses on releasing retentions and decreases in mobility of muscular, ligamentary, fascial and articular structures. The manipulative gesture is gentle, precise and adapted to each individual’s current state of health.
Like the cells that make it up, the body can be seen as a pulsating, rhythmic liquid assembly, structured by a system of fibrous partitions (Membranes, Fascias), whose movement is organized by the dura mater and mechanically centered on Sutherland’s fulcrum.
During the session, the subject’s final perception of a “Still-Point” space-time of regenerating equilibrium characterizes the release of breaths and tissue retentions.
