  • Listen to your heart

    This short program is both a treatment and a learning experience in the basic techniques of Neuro Cardiovascular Coherence.

    The heart is not only the essential organ whose pulse wave propels blood to the extremities of the body at every moment.
    Comprising more than 40,000 neurons and closely connected to the sympathetic and parasympathetic autonomic nervous systems, the heart is now considered our “emotional brain,” influencing all of our physical, mental, and emotional functions.
    Bringing the heartbeat into coherence and reducing its variability in quantity and quality harmonizes all the body’s functions.
    Western scientific approaches thus converge with the traditional, millennia-old approaches of Chinese medicine and Indian Ayurveda.

    THE SESSION (30 minutes)
    Four synergistic dimensions are combined in a personalized session thanks to the practitioner’s expertise, with several sessions allowing progress to be monitored.

  • Freeing your belly

    Feel the immediate benefits of abdominal manual therapy, for improved functioning of the digestive organs and nervous system throughout the abdomen.

    This short program is both a treatment and a learning experience in basic relaxation and belly release techniques, which free your diaphragm and liver, improve arterial blood flow, and relax ligaments and fascia.

    This program allows you to achieve a lighter and flatter stomach on your own by practicing the simple exercises provided, in combination with basic dietary advice.

    Relaxation, drainage, and harmonization treatments for the abdominal region of the body are essential in any treatment.
    They must be precise and delicate, and based on a thorough knowledge of the anatomy and movements of the muscles, fascia, circulatory system, and organs of the abdomen, which are very sensitive because they are richly innervated and vascularized.

    A very large number (200 million) of neurons, mainly grouped in the “solar” plexus (celiac plexus) and the intestine, communicate constantly with the brain. Neurocardiovascular coherence, including the synchronization of the diaphragms (abdominal and perineal), harmonizes digestive function.
    The Western scientific approach thus converges with the traditional approaches of Chinese medicine (Hara, Triple Burner) and Indian Ayurveda (Manipura), which date back thousands of years.

    – Thoracic breathing, neuro-cardiovascular coherence, listening to the heart as the “conductor” of the body’s biological clocks
    – Dietary and nutritional advice and support.
